Gramercy, a majestic Tudor-style mansion and estate on 45 acres in picturesque Greenspring Valley, provides old world charm with all the modern amenities. Just 10 miles from the Inner Harbor and downtown Baltimore, Gramercy creates the perfect ambiance for your dream wedding and wedding night. Gramercy's meticulously landscaped gardens and fountains shower you with the perfect backdrop for your wedding photos. The seasonal blooms appeal to all your senses making your Gramercy experience unforgettable.

With free, on-site parking and all buildings fully ADA accessible, Gramercy is sensitive to your needs and special dietary requirements. The basic site rental for the mansion includes the use of 5 public rooms, terrace, lawns and use of the kitchen for the caterer.

Fifteen 60 inch round tables, one 8 foot-long table and 150 Chiavari chairs are also included in the rental rate. Four hours are allowed for the reception with 2 hours beforehand for set-up and 1 hour after for clean-up. A caterer must be selected from our approved list. For smaller events, Gramercy's Carriage House comfortably accommodates 80 people seated. Rental of the Carriage House includes the use of the Batik Room, Carriage Room and Conference Room featuring hardwood floors and chandeliers, kitchen for caterers, outdoor courtyard with fountain, and landscaped Center Circle garden. Eight 60 in-round tables, one 8 foot-long table, and 80 Chiavari chairs also included.

Gramercy is probably the most beautiful location you will find in Maryland. We used the carriage house side. The staff were very professional. Their rooms are beautiful and unique and they are a pleasure to work with. I wish I could get married all over again at the Gramercy.
