The Inn at Swarthmore
Swarthmore, PennsylvaniaOffering nearly 3,500 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, The Inn at Swarthmore is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology and floor plan flexibility to accommodate group meetings and social occasions from 2 to 150 guests.
The Gathering Room is the Inn’s largest venue with approximately 2,400 sq. ft. of divisible space. With high ceilings and a relaxed pre-function area, The Gathering Room is suited for meetings, receptions or special events for 20 to 150 guests.
A separate space, the Sycamore Room, offers 830 sq. ft. and is an ideal location for smaller meetings or events accommodating 10 to 36 guests. The Sycamore Room is also available as break-out space for larger groups using The Gathering Room.
The Ingleneuk Room, adjacent to Broad Table Tavern, is the Inn’s boardroom and private dining venue. It is perfect for intimate gatherings of 16 or fewer.
During warmer months, the Inn’s private courtyard is a manicured outdoor space that can be tented for reception or dinner engagements.

We booked rooms here for our wedding and had a great stay! The rooms were big and clean and the staff was really welcoming. We also used one of the rooms on the first floor for a rehearsal and the food was great and the room looked really nice.
My Bridal Shower was at the Inn at Swarthmore this past Saturday 7/15, and it was nothing short of amazing! The staff was fantastic and extremely accommodating. The food was also delicious! Thank you for making my Bridal Shower Day so special! I highly recommend the Inn at Swarthmore.
The Inn at Swarthmore was the perfect venue for our wedding. We arranged it as the Inn was about to open and everyone went out of their way to make it special. Melissa was amazing with managing all the details, set up, food, bar, ceremony location, even a beautiful hotel suite for the wedding night. Edit, the banquet manager, oversaw all the details of the logistics of the day. They had accommodations for our out of town guests which was really helpful. The hotel is beautiful with a unique feel. All the food was delicious and my guests especially enjoyed the h?ordevours that were passed butler style. We were able to take some great pictures on the Swarthmore campus, which is an arboretum and really an incredible backdrop. I highly recommend this venue for a wonderful wedding option. We were very very happy!
