Reviews
We had a wonderful experience planning our event at Franklin Commons. The team is great to work with, the food was yummy, and the facility was beautiful. We received so many positive comments from our guests on the venue and the staff!
As soon as we walked in to the venue we knew we wanted to get married there. You enter in through an art gallery that is alway changing, into a beautiful courtyard with sculptures. The courtyard is the perfect combination of interesting industrial architecture and soft and natural landscaping. The hall is a wonderfully light filled space with floor to ceiling windows looking out into the courtyard. Our guests loved the space and the food! Plus, Kim and the staff are very helpful and accommodating.
When we were looking for a location to have our reception one major criteria that we insisted on, was it had to be memorable. Everywhere we went it was the same old thing. A big fancy hall, and sometimes not so fancy, that was overpriced and just like the others. When we came to Franklin Commons we first noticed the unique artwork everywhere. The paintings and sculptures really made it stand out from the rest. When our guests arrived they all commented how great it was to walk the halls and look at all the artwork on the way to the reception. The staff really went above and beyond in many different ways, especially the night before our wedding. After our rehearsal dinner we asked if we could get in the hall to add some finishing touches. One member of the staff came out to meet us at the hall late at night. Franklin Hall also added another unique touch to our night. Since Franklin Hall is adjacent to the outside courtyard our guests enjoyed cocktail hour outside. The weather was perfect and it was the ideal place to be on a truly perfect day. As the night went on the sun set, and due to the large windows in Franklin Hall we had the perfect view of a beautiful sun set. We had plenty of sunlight with the beginning half of the night, and then as the sun set the party began and we danced the night away. If you are looking for a setting that is stylish, reasonably priced, and unlike anywhere else take a look at Franklin Commons.
