Merion Tribute House

Merion Station, Pennsylvania

Since 1924, the Merion Tribute House has hosted some of the Main Line's most spectacular weddings and social occasions. Designed in the Arts and Crafts style of the 1920's, Merion Tribute House was built to hold community events and social functions - so the layout is perfect for parties, large and small.

Merion Tribute House features three front rooms with slate floors, a breathtaking stone cathedral, carved wood-beamed ceilings, fireplaces and stained glass windows. Majestic doors open onto the flagstone terrace during cocktail hour while the ballroom will seat 175 guests with a dance floor for your reception.

Our wedding balcony is perfect for pictures of the couple or for the bouquet toss to guests waiting below. Located on eight well-manicured acres just minutes from Philadelphia, the fully air-conditioned Merion Tribute House can accommodate indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies. Brides will enjoy her own private dressing suite. In addition, there is plenty of parking and the site is handicapped accessible.

This venue was amazing and Colette and her team were a pleasure to work with. They were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the process from assisting with the selection of vendors to planning the layout of tables and flow of guests through this beautiful venue. Thank you Merion Tribute House for all of your help and for ensuring that the day was a success.

Absolute wonderful place to be on my wedding day! We received so many compliments about the choice of our wedding venue. Everyone really enjoyed the beauty in such a classic building. However, not only is the venue a stunning spectacle standing in front of you, it also has an amazing staff to support it. Thank you Colette for being absolutely amazing to us through the whole planning process. Thank you Terry for assisting in coordinating, fluffing my dress, making everyone feel at ease, and just for being an amazingly kind and genuine person to work with. We can't thank you all enough for the beautiful place we got to share with our guest! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing venue for your ceremony and reception! The Merion Tribute House staff was so down-to-earth, friendly and genuinely caring about making our once in a lifetime event as special as it should be. EVERY staff member was so kind and responsive to calls, e-mails, questions and anything that was needed to make our day perfect. Every attention to detail was met with care. You could not ask for a more BEAUTIFUL venue no matter the time of year for your event. The English stone castle feel as well as the amazing grounds and reception areas have so much character, history, coziness while imparting a sense of opulence (without pretentiousness). There are fireplaces, a stone balcony overlooking a large front lawn and plenty of space for all. You must come and see this place in person to truly appreciate its character. We, and our guests cannot stop raving about how perfect and amazing this venue and its staff was for our special day. Run..do not walk to the Merion Tribute House!

My fiance and I enjoyed touring Merion Tribute House at its Open House tonight in preparation for our wedding. The spacious patio is perfect for signature drinks while the interior is ideal for socializing during our reception. It's too bad we aren't having a winter wedding because we loved the fireplace with seating in the back room. The foyer with the balcony is simply stunning. My fiance won't stop talking about how beautiful it is. We appreciated the knowledge and attentiveness that we received from Colette and look forward to planning our wedding at Merion Tribute House.
